Terms and right of withdrawal

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all purchases on Pinpunto. The provider is Christoffer Sidiropoulos, Breslauer Straße 32, 26419 Schortens, Germany.

2. What you get

Each purchase gives you one digital embroidery file in PES, JEF, EXP, DST, VP3 and XXX, computed from the picture you uploaded with the settings you chose. The preview shows the stitches of the file; thread, fabric, stabilizer and machine affect the result.

3. Contract and prices

The contract is concluded when you complete payment on Stripe. The price shown is final. The download is available immediately after payment for 30 days.

4. Your pictures and rights

You confirm that you hold the rights to uploaded pictures and do not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, copyright, personality rights). You may use the resulting file privately and commercially.

5. Money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we (Christoffer Sidiropoulos, Breslauer Straße 32, 26419 Schortens) give the following voluntary guarantee for every stitch file you buy:

What it covers: the file cannot be opened on your machine, or it does not stitch out cleanly because of the stitch data, for example thread breaks or knots at the same spots, gaps, misaligned colours or a result that clearly differs from the preview.

How to claim: write to contact@pinpunto.com within 14days of purchase and include your download link or payment receipt, a photo of the stitched design (the whole design, clearly visible) or, if the file does not open, a photo of the machine’s error message, plus your machine model, the format used, the fabric and the stabilizer.

What happens then: we compare the photo with the file. If the file is the cause, you get a corrected file free of charge. If that does not help, or you do not want a correction, we refund the full price to your original payment method.

Not covered: a result that matches the preview but is not to your taste (the preview shows the exact stitches before you buy); problems caused by the machine, its settings or materials (for example no stabilizer, wrong thread tension, a blunt needle, loosely hooped fabric); designs resized or edited on the machine or in other software; claims without a photo of the result. The guarantee applies once per purchase.

Your statutory rights for defective digital products are not affected or limited by this guarantee; they apply without a photo too.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once we begin performance after you have expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent with the required checkbox before buying. Our money-back guarantee applies regardless.

7. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

8. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
